BEYOND THE EXPECTATION
Located on the sunny green hill behind Salo', overviewing the Gulf and the Garda's Lake! Even if the Villa is located surrounded by greenery, it's near by a major road that that connect Salo' downtown and the lakeside in a few minutes.
From the pool and garden area it's possible to hear the road noise due to vehicles.

The Villa is distributed on three floors for approximated 300 mt of indoor space.
Dipped in the garden, surrounded from the park and on top of an olive grove.
At your arrival, we will find a welcome basket with typical lake product.
FIRST FLOOR
Living Room, Library with Sofa Bed con, Dining Room, Kitchen, Courtesy Bathroom, Porch.
It is an open space where you find the kitchen fully equipped, the large dining room and two living rooms. One with the Tv and library and one with a wonderful masonery heater and amazing view from the big window. Large windows and balcony with all the view about the private swimming pool and the lake. Courtesy bathroom. Outside, a covered porch with a big table with 6 chairs , two sofas and direct pool access.
SECOND FLOOR
Three Rooms, Two Baths and Big Balcony
On the second floor three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The main bedroom is pretty large, with king size bed private, private vath and spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or just relax during sunrise or sunset. Boot main bedrooms they offer amazing view on the lake throught large window: while you will be laying on the bed you will enjoy the immense view from the Gulf of Salo'!
The third bedroom has two single bed with direct access to the terrace like the second bedroom and you have :
desk and a big
wardrobe.A second bathroom is serving the two rooms, it is equipped with big and confortable shower.
SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN
Sunbeds equipped with sun umbrella and two outdoor tables are surrounding the pool.
A large dining table with 8 seats is located on the covered terrace just outside the kitchen overlooking the pool and the lake. A barbecue Weber is at your disposal.

Families with children are our priority.
We realize that it is complicated for parents enjoy a real holiday when they have their babies with.
That 's the reason why in Villa Europa Hsiao we have : hight chair, box, potty, booster feet, one more little bed for babies to put near by the mum and daddy's king size bed.
We give to our guests a little security gate to prevent to escape towards the inner road. Then we have a series of inflatables and gadgets for the swimmingpool!
For the 2020 we want to create a mini amusemnt park in the garden down in the property ...
We want to take care of your family like ours.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pleased to host your pets and to dedicate them attention to make it special your stay with us. .The big garden, open space all around and the privacy are the perfect conditions for them to play! A bowl for water and a bowl for food are waiting them!!
THE GARAGE, PARKING AND LAUNDRY
Ground floor host a large garage with direct access to the Villa, the laundry room and a simple bathroom servicing the pool.
Additional parking slot are located in the outside area in front of the garage. Then 3 more parking are available down in the olive tree area (50mt from the entrance)
The property is secured throught a private security service.
On the ground floor, directly accessible from the Villa and from the garage you will find a washing machine, clothes horses, electric iron and ironing board.
